Our students showcased exceptional innovation at this year's science fair. First place went to Maria Borg and Thomas Vella for their project on renewable energy solutions for Malta. The fair featured 45 projects across various scientific disciplines.
The winning project demonstrated a novel approach to harnessing solar energy using locally-available materials, attracting interest from industry professionals.
We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new state-of-the-art STEM laboratory, funded through a partnership with the Malta Ministry of Education and local technology companies.
The facility includes robotics equipment, 3D printers, and advanced computing systems to enhance our science and technology programs.
Three of our students placed in the top 10 nationally in the Malta Mathematics Olympiad. Sarah Camilleri secured 3rd place, while Luke Azzopardi and Emma Farrugia placed 7th and 9th respectively.
This achievement reflects the strength of our mathematics program and our students' dedication to academic excellence.
Our annual winter concert featured performances by the school orchestra, choir, and various student ensembles. Over 300 parents and community members attended the sold-out event.
Special recognition to Music Director Mr. Anthony Grech and all student performers for their outstanding presentations.
Our under-16 basketball team clinched the regional championship title with a thrilling 78-72 victory in the final match. Team captain Daniel Zammit was named Most Valuable Player of the tournament.
The team will represent our region in the national finals scheduled for March 2026.
